Start by making up a list of everything you want in a new office. For example, your list might read something like this:
• Modern office building
• Nicely furnished
• Easy to understand rental agreement with flexible leasing terms
• Office space which can be upgraded without changing my address
• Affordable leasing options
Does that seem like too much to ask for in leasing an office space or something which might be prove nearly impossible to obtain? Not at all. Simply do a computer search on the internet and type in ‘shared office space providers’ in your favorite search engine. Be sure to include your zip code or city, state to pull up only office space data in your target area.
What is shared office space?
They are everything on your list and then some...including affordable. The term ‘shared office space’ is commonly used to describe a type of office space that can be rented for a day, week, month or as long as you want. That’s why they are also referred to as ‘temporary office space’ even though they can be leased on a permanent basis as well.
Another misunderstanding about the term shared office space is it does not mean that you have to share an office with another business. It simply means that you are located in an office building that is ‘shared’ by a number of other companies.
Happily, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that when it comes to saving money in the corporate budget, selecting a shared office space over your regular commercial space leasing option, is by far the most beneficial way to go. Not only will you be able to get a brand new office up and running in a very short amount of time, but there are a variety of styles and leasing options that can be tailor made to suit your company’s specific needs.

Piggy-Back Traffic Review - Good Or Bad?
After having a chance to take an objective look at the system, I decided to write this Piggy-Back Traffic review to detail my findings. If you’re interested in internet marketing, or have had sites banned by search engines, you should find this review particularly interesting. My goal is to give you a realistic view of what you can and can not expect to get out of the method. From there, it is completely up to you to decide if you should look into it further.
Ryan Deiss has a little secret he wants to let you in on: the Piggy-Back Traffic system. According to Deiss, it allows even novice marketers crack into the top 10 search listings for just about any market on Google in a matter of days. Most importantly, it does so without getting you banned.
Think of how much business a top 5 listing on Google would get your website. Well, quit thinking about it, because now you can do it with the Piggy-Back Traffic system. A method that hardly anyone is using, there is little competition and it works in any market size. Also, the traffic it generates is extremely targeted and rivals even the most successful systems in this arena. This is all possible without cheating the system and annoying the people at Google!
A three step system that is easy to understand and implement, the Piggy-Back Traffic system even outlines crippling mistakes that will keep you from ever breaking into the top 10 in search engines. The most comprehensive guide I’ve ever seen that even goes so far as to list four ways to discover keywords nobody else is targeting, Piggy-Back Traffic does way too much to list. Literally, I’d be here typing for hours! I highly recommend Piggy-Back Traffic to anyone who is interested in using the internet to make an unreasonable amount of money.

At What Point In Your Business Should You Incorporate?
If you have been doing business, and are wondering about when you should become incorporated, you should know that at any time, you can make your business official. Perhaps you are a representative for a company, and have been selling their products? Maybe you have a lawn mowing service and are worried about doing business and being incorporated? There is no special time in the business world that you should become a legal business. However, if you see that your business is taking off, and you are wanting to become a LLC or incorporated, there is no reason to put it off.
Becoming a legal business, and having a license to do business in the state you are operating in makes total sense. Especially if your business has really taken off. Being incorporated can protect you and your personal assets. If your business were to be sued, or go into debt, having that LLC at the end of your name would definitely pay off.
With the many different entities to choose from when you become incorporated, you will have some decisions to make. All of the entities offer personal protection to the owners except for one, and that is DBA, also known as Doing Business As. This entity requires that the owners are personally held responsible for all legal matters, as well as debt. However, the other entities all off coverage for the owners, or members of the business.
Whether you are just starting out in business, or have been operating under your personal name for a while, it is never too late to become incorporated. Just be sure that you understand the entities and choose the one that is best for you and your business. If you need some help choosing and understanding the entities, a business attorney will be able to help you with those.

SEO - Tips For Making SEO Copy More Personal
The problem with SEO copy (search engine optimized) is that often reads very robotic, repetitive and cold. However so many marketing experts say that you need to make an emotional connection with your reader in order to make sales. This means that you need to find the fine balance between making your copy sound personal and pleasing the search engine spiders and robots.
First of all never pose yourself an expert or a guru if you are not one. People can usually tell that you aren’t within the first paragraph or so of an article, especially if it is peppered with keywords and not much quality content. This type of content is easily identifiable as it is based on old-fashioned direct sales marketing techniques. Once people see those long sales letters on sites, they know it’s snake oil salesman time. It is better to connect with them on a one to one basis rather than in an imitation of some hotshot copywriter from the 1970s.
Never use the royal "we". Stay away from phrases like "We here at Search Engine City promises to deliver you the best copy” instead make it more personal by using the "you or your" form as in: "You are certain to find a keyword analyzer that is perfect for that special someone at here at Search Engine City.”
Another tip is to try and identify with your audience in some way. For instance if your audience is a bunch of affiliate marketers, refer to the practice of creating blogs with affiliate links as bum marketing which is the nickname for it. Try to write in the niche language that they are used to. Of course if you truly are an expert in your niche then writing this type of SEO enriched, yet user-friendly copy will not be difficult for you at all!

SEO - Common Myths About SEO
There are several myths that circulate about SEO (search engine optimization) in general that have persisted for years. Unfortunately these myths consist of bad advice that could have you wasting your time and money and result in not making much of a profit of all.
Myth #1. “The more search engine optimized terms you have on a page the more money you will make.” Unfortunately the more SEO keywords you have on your page the more traffic you are likely to draw but it is likely to be just surfers not real buyers. Furthermore a search engine could penalize you for what is called “keyword stuffing.”
Myth #2. “You have to be inethical to make a profit using search engine techniques on the Internet.” There are probably more honest people using search engine optimization techniques to sell their products and services then dishonest ones. You can add SEO all you want to a site but if there is a basic problem with your business plan or equation then no short cut in the world will solve it. Usually the web sites that sell the most are sticking to the simple equation that has worked for salespeople for centuries – “The sell a product they believe in that does exactly what you promise it will for a low affordable price.”
Myth #3. “You have to spend money to make money using search engine optimization techniques.” Using SEO to make a living is the same as any other occupation. You only succeed as much as you are willing to put into it. However the good news here is that throwing money at programs, software and other gizmos is not what is required to be a successful merchant or affiliate marketer who uses SEO. All it really takes is time and talent, which can pay off in spades if you are talented.

Paid Opinion Survey Programs - Can You Really Make Money From Home Taking Paid Opinion Surveys?
Are you wondering what all the hype is about the paid opinion survey industry? I know I was, so I decided to do a little bit of investigating. The first thing that I discovered is that there are a lot of scam sites out there. When I say a lot, I mean the majority of the sites that claim to be able to make you boatloads of money from filling out surveys are a rip off.
The way they work is simple: you pay a huge membership fee to join in exchange for a list of paid surveys that you can take to make money. The way they get you is in the list. Usually, they are ridiculously old and outdated, and the surveys are closed. In many cases, they require your credit card information and they continually charge you for membership month after month, until you actually cancel.
The next thing I learned about the paid opinion survey industry is that you actually can pay all of your bills using money you make from paid survey sites. Once you get through all of the horror stories that detail how people have lost hundreds of dollars as a result of joining shady sites, you'll find many happy people who, to this day, continue to make up to a few thousand dollars each month filling out surveys. The trick, as they say, is to find a legitimate survey site.
In all of my research and experience with the paid opinion survey industry, there are only a handful of sites that I would recommend. Unlike sites that steal your money, there are some very good resources available to help you get started.. As long as you commit to filling out a certain number of surveys, you'll see huge paychecks each month. Best yet, the site even has an income calculator that you can use to figure out exactly how big your paychecks will be!

What's The Hottest Give-away Item For Special Events?
You have an upcoming event and you were wondering how you’re going to promote your event so that people would come and see it, how would you promote it? Silicone wristbands are a good way of promoting your events. Here are some ideas on how to promote your event using silicone wristbands.
One is that you can customize your own silicone wristbands and use it as a give away to other people. These silicone wristbands aren’t just for fundraisers anymore but they can also be used for promotion because they are so fashionable.
Secondly, wait; here is a scenario, when you used the silicone wristbands people became aware of your event. During the night of the event, a lot of people came and you couldn’t distinguish one guest from the other, I suggest that you use these rubber wristbands to distinguish the guests. You can also use these as their pass to enter the venue. See wouldn’t that be easier?
Normally, what people use in events are just wristband tags. But these tags are made out of low quality paper, that just can be pulled off by anymore. Moreover, they next day people wont be wearing these anymore, since they are worn out. But for the silicone bracelets, they last for years, and dont be surprised if the next year you still see those around.
