The Effectiveness Of Anchor Text In Article Submissions

This article is part of a case study on article submissions and their impact on search engine optimization. It is the goal of this case study to provide conclusive statistics that can be presented to the search engine optimization community.

The purpose of this article is to study the impact of the anchor text in article submissions. This article will help to determine whether or not the anchor text in the bottom of article submissions is useful in achieving a high search engine ranking for specific keywords.

This case study is being conducted by writing and submitting seven different articles. Each original article will contain different variations of anchor text, which will be linked to one of six web sites. At the end of the case study, there will be definitive answers on the following topics:

1) Do article submissions help a web site or web page rank well for a specific keyword?

2) How many back links can be generated from a single article submission?

3) Can one article submission get a web site indexed by Google?

In order to generate keywords for use in the anchor text, I have decided to use fictional words. Every word used in the anchor text throughout the articles in this case study will be a variation of my last name (Banfield). Using a fictional keyword may seem strange to some individuals, but it is actually the most effective way to conduct this study. The only occurence of these keywords will be in the anchor text of the article submissions. There will be no mention of these keywords on the web sites that are being linked to from the anchor text. This means that the only possible way these web sites could show up for these keywords is through the influence of the anchor text at the bottom of these assorted seven articles.

(All articles will be distributed through iSnare's Platinum Distribution System)

Seo - Bum Marketing And Article Directories

Bum marketing is a way of using articles, either your own or those you have purchased, as platforms into which you will embed affiliate links. The best article sites to submit articles on to use for this purpose are Ezinearticles.com, Goarticles.com and Searchwarp.com, which are all include massive article directory sites and are at the top of the Google search engine rankings.

One of the goals of doing this is to get your affiliate links on Google’s first page. This is done by choosing keywords that are not popular so that you do not attract window shoppers and untargeted traffic. These do not have to be great articles. They just have to be accurate and have the right search engine tools.

These ezine and article directories also prefer submitted articles that are more specialized than usual. For instance an article entitled “How to teach your budgie to talk” would probably have more sales than one entitled “Caring for a budget.” This is because there is too much competition for general words like budgie and care (words that will get you buried deep in the search engine.) So before you submit an article take the time to find that “niche that will make you rich!”

One of the most popular places to submit SEO articles is GoArticles.com. This site is perfect for a new person to Internet marketing that does not have a website because GoArticles allows you to link directly to the merchant website and make your commission that way.

Yet another lucrative place to submit your SEO material is EzineArticles. This is a very popular and powerful site. EzineArticles will get you listed on the first page of search engines with up to 10,000 (ten thousand) competing results. The drawbacks are you need to write a half decent article as a real person reviews them before they published.

Website=Money

Creating a website to make money online sounds great but there are a couple of key things you need first. It is better to be prepared than unprepared and then end up wasting your time and money.

Before you even start your website you will need to find a product. Now you can choose to create your own product, become an affiliate for a product already in place, or join an MLM company. If you are going to create and sell your own product, be sure you research your product before investing time and money. You need to figure out if there is a market available for your product, who your competition is, and who your target market is.

Now that you have your research done you can focus on building your website. If you do not have the tech skills to build a quality website, I would suggest hiring a professional to build website for you. Depending on who you go with this may be pricey. Look and interview as many different professionals as possible. Do not be afraid to negotiate what you are willing to pay with them. One other thing is not to spend all your money on the website, marketing your site is more important.

When your website is up and running you must do a couple of things. First, make sure to have your page optimized. After that it is time to drive traffic to your page. Driving traffic to your website is how you make money with your website. Having a beautiful webpage and the best product in the world will not make any difference if no one is able to see it. There are countless ways to drive traffic to your website ( way to many to cover in this article). I give out a free course on driving traffic and getting leads for your business. http://www.leadgenerationworld.com

Creating a website to make money online will work as long as you work it. Once you have one website making money, the next websites will be a cakewalk. The first one is the toughest.

Business Coaching: Coaches Are Not Just For Sports

Do you remember when you were a small child and you would watch an older child play a sport, and you would think how amazing they were? Then as you got older you would play sports and try to do everything just like the pros. However for some reason you were never able to do things just like they were able to do them.

I think one of the best things about playing organized sports is the ability to learn the sport from a coach. I remember when I was really young playing basketball, I had a great coach. He taught me how to shoot, pass, and dribble much better than I was ever able to do them before. He was able to relate to me in a way that helped me to understand how to play the game better.

Many successful entrepreneurs take this same approach when trying to create a successful business. Sometimes these entrepreneurs enlist the help of a business coach. Business coaching can be used in many different ways to help a business become a successful one.

A business coach is used to help a person make their business process more successful. Do not confuse a business coach with a consultant, because a consultant is usually brought in for advice on a single project, or a few similar projects. A business coach is brought in to take a business down a path that will lead to a more successful business overall.

Business coaching can help many different types of businesses including startups, corporations, small businesses, and even franchises. These business coaches usually have a lot of prior experience managing a business and can help to guide their employers in the right direction when critical processes are being planned. Just like my old basketball coach was able to relate to me to help me better understand how to play basketball, a business coach is also there to help an entrepreneur understand how to run a business better and more efficiently.

SEO - Managing A Site With Natural SEO

Most sites that can be said to have natural SEO are those that are classified as informational sites. Informational sites can be money-making monsters as it is your clients that supply most of the keyworded copy that ends up in your Q and A sections, forums and other places on your site.

The most successful informational site include magnet content authored by experts (and search engine optimized professionally if need be), a means of collaborating with another equally big or bigger site and most importantly --powerful facilities for allowing users to contribute content. After all it is crucial to the success of your site to have your web visitors constantly adding their own thoughts to your site, which in turn are then crawled by the search engine spiders and indexed as new content.

However one problem with an informational site with natural SEO is that it can become hard to manage over time. You need a means of moderating the site and also a way of identifying and eliminating problematic members of your online community who may be supplying irrelevant content or even hijacking your business.

Managing this type of site comes down to choosing the right web host. You need to choose one that will allow you to keep a database of users, keep track of who looked at your site and at exactly what and keep track of which users are costing you the most time and money with little payback. You might also need to buy software to keep track of how users are coming into the site and which external links they are selecting (clickthroughs) and keep track of which advertisers' banner ads have been served and to whom and whether or not they were effective. This type of vigilance is typical of a successful SEO maintenance program to keep an informational community operating at its smoothest.

Internet Marketing: Bring Those Profits Home!

Bringing profits of your business home - internet marketing work is one of the terms used – is not as difficult as you might think. While advertising used to be the kind of skill best left to the professionals and big advertising agencies, with the advent of the internet and the ease with which almost everyone can now access the global marketplace, for those who call business their home, internet marketing work is a quite lucrative sideline. Others have this type of business as their only business.

The proper term is affiliate. While these affiliates do not actually sell a product or organize sales rallies and presentations, they do work hard to make someone elses business successful; home internet marketing work is quite possibly the least expensive way of cashing in on the internet by any affiliate. Generally speaking, affiliates will own websites, run portals, or have editor access to large sites where they are allowed to run promotions and put ads. Some may be people who have hobbies and are running a site that deals with their hobby, These people are willing to sell products that pertain to this hobby. There are also bloggers who are open to selling a wide variety of products via affiliate links.

Many affiliate programs hosted by big companies take into consideration that to bring profits from business home, internet marketing work must be given to as many affiliates as are willing to participate! Consider for example
the power a portal holds. This kind of site is loved by the search engines since it fits the profile with respect to the search terms. At the same time, it is a wonderful way to advertise opportunities for companies willing to spend the money. Thus, if you are a business in need of advertising help, or a webmaster looking for a way to bring profits of a lucrative side business home, internet marketing work is something for you to consider.

Building A Business Plan

When you're starting out in business, one of the most important things you have to consider is getting the right business plan. Software designed to help you with this is now available in abundance - but how can you make business plan software work for you?

The first thing you need to understand about business plan software is that it will never be able to do all the work, Business plan software essentially takes care of the presentation aspects of your business plan. Software like this can't supply the details of your objectives, skills and past experience which you need to sell yourself, so don't think of business plan software as a complete solution - think of it as a skilled assistant helping you to help yourself.

One of the most useful aspects of business plan software, especially if you're new to self-employment, is its ability to help you manage your finances. Good business plan software should present you with a full set of the financial documents which potential funders will want to see. Financial matters are often where an otherwise good business plan falls down, so it's very much worth your while to use business plan software to make sure you get this right.

Style, presentation and clear use of language are all essential to producing a professional looking business plan. Software designed to help with this can cut down on your worries as you concentrate on providing high quality content. Whilst you focus on developing strong descriptions of your proposed products and services, you can leave it to your business plan software to show you how to format them and create a final document which will impress all the right people.

Building a business plan is always a difficult undertaking, especially when you know that the whole future of your business venture depends on it. But with good business plan software, you don't need to be a professional to do a professional job.

Using A Web Directory

A web directory is just what it sounds like: a directory that is found on the World Wide Web, that directs you to various web sites. Unlike a search engine, which displays results based on key words and phrases, a web directory groups information into categories by topic. Perhaps the best known web directory is the Yahoo Directory.

Directories organize info that can be accessed in a process known as "drilling down"-you go from the most general (for example, "travel") to increasingly specific subcategories (for example, "United States," "amusement parks"). You might drill down from "Reference" to "Phone Numbers" to "Businesses" to get to a listing of various online yellow pages.

A web directory directs you to links to web sites that may contain the information you seek. Insiders refer to directories as either general or niche. Niche directories attempt to collect as much information as possible within specific research areas, for example, a web directory of career advice, or a web directory of safe toys for children.

A web directory can take different forms, according to how the information is gathered. Some directories accept paid submissions. Information is there because people pay to be listed. Sometimes listings are free but the positions are paid for. Understanding the structure of how a web directory collects and presents its information lets you now how much you can trust the information it contains.

Directories can be a part of many an online business's search engine optimization strategy. The more diverse the links pointing to a specific web site are, the greater the chance for better traffic, and the higher the possibility of ranking in search engine algorithms. Paying to be listed in more than one directory, or to be found quickly through premium positions in a directory, can result in improved traffic to the listed web site.

Content Writing For Your Website's Audience

What do you know about your website's audience? How well do you understand them? As with any communications medium, the web requires authors to have a good understanding about those with whom they wish to communicate.

Content writing can be one of the most difficult parts of search engine marketing. You need to write to please both the search engines and your website’s audience. A good Search Engine Marketer (SEM) will understand his or her target audience. A great way to understand your targets audience’s nature, you can conduct online market research. Doing thorough research can bring valuable information such as the keywords that you as an SEM needs to be targeting. When writing your content these keywords need to be weaved into it while still focusing on the purpose on the content.

When it comes to content writing the first thing you need to keep in mind is that your audience needs to be drawn in. The content needs to be interesting, descriptive and it needs to lead the audience to a purchase decision.

How your content is written can affect how your website appears in relation to its competition. To search engines such as Google, the content of your website is very important. You can no longer just pummel your content with one specific keyword to try fooling search engines into listing your website higher in its rankings. Many search engines now search your copy for relevancy, making their results more valuable to users.

Another useful byproduct of writing quality content for visitors is that if they like it, they will link to it. This will result in the page (and the site) climbing even higher in the search engines' rankings.

In the end it is your website visitors that you should write for and not the search engines. Search engines are looking to please their users and so should you.

The Difference In The Many Incorporation Entities

Becoming incorporated is not all that complicated. There are 4 business entities that you can choose from. If you know the difference in the 4 of them, then you should not have any problems knowing which one is for you. However, here is a run down on the entities and what they are.

Doing Business As is a business entity, and also is sometimes called a sole proprietorship, or even a fictitious name. When you have a Doing Business As entity, this means that this business is not separate from you. You the owner are personally responsible for all debt, law suits, and income that comes from this entity. When there is more than one person involved in the DBA entity, that person is also legally liable, and the entity is then known as a partnership.

Regular Corporation is also a type of entity that you may be considering. When you have a corporation, the owners are not personally responsible for any of the company’s debt. The regular corporation can purchase real estate, sign contracts, and can handle its own legal matters apart from the owners.

S Corporation is a entity that a corporation can form after becoming incorporated. With this status, the taxes are then changes so that it is taxed as if it were a sole proprietorship or partnership instead of a corporation.

LLC also known as Limited Liability Company is an entity that is generally the easiest and cheapest to obtain. It also provides protection for the owners, in the even that the LLC obtained debt, or were to be sued.

While becoming incorporated can be quite confusing to someone that has never owned a company before, it is all quite simple. If you are considering becoming incorporated, just be sure that you know how many people will be in it with you, what name you would like to operate under, and then you can choose which entity is best for you and your business.

Silicone Rubber - Making Bracelets Out Of Cheap Material - Then Profit!

Why do manufacturers prefer silicone wristbands over the usual rubber bracelets or leather wristbands? You will see in this article why most manufacturers and most consumers prefer silicone wristbands than other kinds of wristbands.

Silicone, as we all know, is a very durable material. It does not go out of shape or break that easily. Even if you store it for quite some time, these silicone wristbands will still be in shape.

They dont have seams, in which you can see where the bracelet connects to when they are produced flat. They are round, and wont turn oblong or oval, and keep its roundness. They stretch, and dont easily snap off. They have great texture, not those that you would feel itchy after wearing it.

Of course, when you are ordering something, the first thing you would look at is the quality of the silicone wristbands. Some wristbands just have this poor texture. This means that when you touch or wear these wristbands, they feel rough and sometimes this could cause skin irritation.

Another thing is, when you put on the other bracelets, they just snap off because of its poor quality. With silicone bracelets, you will not experience this because silicone bracelets are very durable.

Just a bonus, when you have the bracelets produced, the one thing you should look out for is how the manufacturer processed the bracelets. Sometimes the imprinted message on the bracelets fade after a few weeks of continuous wearing.

These are just some of the stuff you should know about silicone bracelets and the things you should look out for if you want to customize your own bracelets. In order for you to make sure you are ordering the right thing, you should order from well-known companies that give a full specification of their bracelets.

Virtual Assistant: Are You Using A Newsletter?

Every business owner, including a Virtual Assistant needs to use a newsletter to keep in touch with their current clients and to develop a relationship with potential clients.

To develop your mailing list you’ll need a quality autoresponder service like Aweber or perhaps you’ll choose an all inclusive ecommerce system like WAHM Cart. Both of these services give you the ability to manage multiple mailing lists. You can run a main list for your website and add a second list for customers only.

Place an opt in for your newsletter on every page of your website and also create a page that gives more information on what a subscriber can expect when they sign up. You could even provide a sample newsletter there. Make signing up attractive.

Be sure to send out your main newsletter on a regular schedule so that the client or potential client knows when it will arrive and sees that you are timely and reliable. A VA who sends out a sloppy or irregular newsletter doesn’t inspire much confidence in subscribers. If you do it weekly stick to the weekly schedule - if you do it bi- weekly or monthly stick with that schedule.

If you do choose a weekly mailing schedule, you might want to keep the newsletter short and to the point. Share package specials, task suggestions and testimonials. Don’t hesitate or feel like you’re bothering anyone. They opted in because their interested and even if they haven’t hired you yet you need to keep in touch with these people so they think of you when they do need to use a VA.

Use your newsletter to establish your expert status with your readers. Connect them with valuable resources and show them you are up to date with online business. You want to guide and teach your target market about using a virtual assistant and convince them that you have the skills and understanding that will benefit their business long term.

Splash Pages Are Lousy Seo

A discussion of splash pages and how they are not a design element that supports a profitable search engine optimization strategy.

One of the hottest web site design crazes on the Internet are “splash pages.” A splash page is a web page that is completely or partly animated. You could think of it as being an animated book cover. These pages can consist of just a few words, just a graphic, a company’s logo and also many shifting images. Music is also usually a component of a well-designed splash page.

Usually your user has to do a lot of clicking in order to get through the “splash page” process. If you are on a web site that starts with a long introduction and there is a link called Skip Intro on it then you have encountered a true blue splash page.

There is some debate about whether or not splash pages are a good idea. It is good if you are a bigger company that needs to branded then the addition of an introductory splash page to your site is not necessarily going to hurt your business. However if your site is not a household name it is probably best to stay away from splash pages. Splash pages displace the first page (which contains your real content) and the search engine spiders then read these flashy intro pages as blank space.

The problem is that splash pages lack content that can indexed, contain zero links, usually and often display a "redirect" to the real home page. Search engines algorithms think you are trying to trick them if they see a redirect on what is supposed to be a home page. The bottom line is that you must avoid redirects if you are serious about being found by search engines. An introductory splash page is not recommended for businesses that are not known as not only can they sabotage your SEO efforts but often they are quite expensive to be designed too.

SEO - Top Ten Ways To Optimize Your Site

If you are trying to search engine optimize (SEO) your site you are facing a lot of competition. Here is a breakdown of the top ten search engine optimization strategies to help get your site boosted in the page rankings of the major search engines. However keep in mind that s some of these strategies may not apply to every web site.

1. Write a free ebook and ask web site owners selling a similar product if they would like to give it away for free on your site. Of course the ebook will also contain your affiliate links.

2. Write a review of another site’s products or services and publish it on your website. This may encourage him or her to link to you, which boosts your rankings and increases traffic.

3. Submit articles to the website that you are hoping to exchange links with to boost business.

4. If the website has a forum or blog make sure you respond with comments and leave your link so people can visit your site.

5. Ask the webmaster about trading advertising or putting a free ad on your page in exchange for a link if they are a site with way more traffic than you.

6. Give the web site a testimonial for their product or service. Include a text link for your web site within the testimonial and ask if they want to include it their ad copy.

8. Make sure you sign their guest book and leave a complimentary comment in their guest book along with your URL.

9. Answer a question for the site owner on his or her blog followed by your URL link.

10. Propose a cross promotion deal with the webmasters and mistresses of sites you like. You could promote each other’s products or services in a package deal.

Be Aware Of Myspace Tracker Scams

It is in nature to majority of people to be very curios when there is an occurrence. And this applies to other MySpace members. For instance, a lot of members are interested in knowing who checks on their profile which will rapidly increase tracker scams. In the next section, we will talk on how to recognize MySpace tracker scams and offers some practical information on how to reduce the risk of falling into the scam artists’ trap.

Scam artist will do anything to scam members and in order to hack different MySpace accounts. New Tracker scammers are starting to grow with a lot of curious MySpace members. We often fall to these types of scams, “We want to know who is viewing our MySpace profiles”.

One thing to consider when registering to a MySpace Tracker site is NEVER post your personal email and MySpace password to any site if you’re not sure, or they will have a full access on your account. They can alter everything to the point that you can no longer access your own account. If this happened, MySpace administrator can’t do anything to retrieve your account. In that case, the excellent solution is to delete the account, if you can prove that you are really the owner of the said account.

Setting a dummy account to test a new MySpace tracker site is also a good idea. If the tracker works fine, you can soon delete that account and apply it into your real profile. Being very cautious will always keep you from any further trouble.

Always keep your password in private. Sharing this to anyone will provide full access of your MySpace account. They can temp your friends with their advertisements using your bulletin. They can also make the same request by spamming your MySpace email account. And lastly, they can place their advertisements anywhere using your MySpace profile. Do they really even work? Usually, the answer is no.

Seo - The Development Of Page Ranking Algorithms

Google, which is the gold standard for all page-ranking systems (including PageRank as it is called by the industry) was started by two Stanford University Students – Sergey Brin and Larry Page (no pun intended.) These two students (now billionaires) invented the Google algorithm now known as PageRank.

All PageRank is really is a formula, not unlike the FICO score that is used to calculate credit. Only in this case the formula takes in a lot of variabilities to see if a page is worthy of being included at the top of search engine rankings. This concept weighs a page's importance based upon the incoming links. In essence PageRank is a type of prediction, but one that can make a great deal of difference to the credibility of your business. It is the estimation of the likelihood that a given page will be reached by a web user who is randomly surfing the web. This popularity is measured by how an individual might have followed links from one page to another. This of course makes some links more valuable then others and it is your goal as a web master to use SEO techniques to make your links valuable in terms of the PageRank system.

Another genius element of the PageRank algorithm is that it keeps link results relevant to what the person is searching for. The fact that PageRank keeps searches on the Internet accurate (for the most part anyway) has made it the most emulated and popular algorithm in use by search engines today.

Of course the Google PageRank system is not invulnerable to exploitation. There are many ways of fooling the algorithm, usually through the buying and trading of links which is known as white hat SEO. There is also black hat SEO that as mentioned before uses techniques frowned on by Google to boost a web page’s rankings in the search engines.

Seo - Making Money Writing Seo Reviews

If you are a reviewer or critic you are likely to find work writing reviews of products and services on the Internet. This is quite a common offering however don’t expect to be reviewing anything ordinary. Usually the types of things that are offered up for review are insurance sites, credit products, Clickbank products and porn sites. Also you might find that this pays really low, unless you can add search engine content optimization to your skill set.

Most actual product descriptions that are done for the Internet are done in house. The same goes for catalogues. Yet the first thing that most writing gurus on the net will tell you is that there is tons of catalogue description work available on the net. In fact this is the type of work that you see the least of for freelancers on the auction sites – nowadays the SEO blog or article is replacing this type of Joe work.

Reviewing products on the Internet can pay even lower than other types of writing. Once again this only pays off if you can write quickly and do large amounts of reviews in bulk and if you know how to search engine optimize a product description. Of course it can also depend on the length of review that you are assigned. A 250-word blog type review might go for as low as a dollar each. A 1,000-word review goes for about 150 dollars or less. In fact the average price is about ten bucks each for a thousand-word review.

Of course if you are a prolific reviewer you can make money by reviewing products on the Internet and attaching affiliate product links to the format you are writing in. It is more profitable to simply open your own business rather than hire yourself out. Just make sure that you are writing a good review of whatever you are writing about especially if you are the SEO affiliate of the product.

Costly Web Construction

The question, Why is there overpriced Web development? has a simple answer and a simpler solution. There is overpriced Web development because there are consumers that will pay the high price. Web development started to be overpriced when the Internet began to be the home of successful entrepreneurs who, while they knew their own products, ideas and services, knew nothing about the Internet. They paid dearly for Web development experts who could launch their online business and make them a great deal of money. They didn't balk at the overpriced Web development fee because they didn't know that it was overpriced.

People pay for others to do what they don't know how to do, don't care to do, and / or don't have the time, energy or inclination to learn how to do. The less the customer understands what the Web developer offers, the greater the overpricing can be without that customer balking.

So, the answer to why there is overpriced Web development is that there are people who don't care that it's overpriced and can't do it themselves.

The solution to the Web development overpricing then, is to learn how to develop your Web site yourself, or learn enough about the development to realize what is overpriced and what isn't. Once you understand at least some rudimentary technology you can at least do some Web development comparison shopping on your own.

To avoid overpriced Web development learn the basics of the workings of the Internet and the creation and maintenance of Web sites. Learn what it takes to create a site, to launch it, to keep it running. Comparison shop at least ten different Web development firms, and note the variations in each offer. Advise each of what the other has and their fees (assuming it is lower.) Document each offer, check the references each provides and ask pointed questions. Start a bidding war, and you'll cut down on overpriced Web development.

If You Look, You Will Find

People hate their jobs. We do not have to look hard or far to find a person who hates what he does but who continues to do it simply to bring home a paycheck. At the same time, few have the courage or ability to leave their current situation and take on a whole new realm of business, all with the purpose of finding vocational fulfillment and feeding their family all at the same time. The world of multi-level marketing, or MLM, has offered a great MLM opportunity for those who want to, as Willy Nelson once wrote, take this job and shove it. But where can they find these great opportunities?

MLM opportunities abound, and a seeker must only look as far as his home computer to both find an opportunity and to investigate it. The internet hosts a variety of sites that explain the MLM opportunities available. Watch sites will explain which MLM sites legitimately offer great opportunities and which will lead a worker begging the boss that he just left for his job back. As long as the MLM opportunity exists, so will dishonest scams that seek to bleed the working man dry. Watch sites will help the average and ignorant Joe make a logically, educated decision.

Neighbors and friends will also give great advice. Everyone has a story about the cousin who either hit it big with a MLM opportunity or went broke with one. Those seeking a new job opportunity should research all aspects of the opportunity that piques their interest. Taking time to research will save oodles of money and heartache in the end, and again, allow the maximum opportunity for success in this new venture.

Many frown at the MLM opportunities available and will cite things such as the illegal dealings of such companies. Remember that just like all lawyers are not alike, all MLM companies are not alike. Some offer legitimate products to customers in need and give salespeople the opportunity to do what they love best.

Business Plan 101

Before you set out to buy business plan software you need to fully understand what a business plan is. While software can help you write the business plan, you have to know the particular elements, the information to be included in those elements and the reason behind creating the business plan in the first place. Yes, you can create a business plan without software, but why do so when it saves you time (which saves you money) and it helps you get your company up and running in a more timely and organized fashion?

The point of a business plan, and the software to help design it, is to look ahead to the future of the business, to create a map and plan of action, to accolade business resources for that plan, to drill down on the key points of your business success and to prepare for business opportunities as well as stumbling blocks and problems along the way. All too many people fail to buy business plan software of perhaps the right business plan software because they see it as a one time start up thing. It isn’t. While a business start up requires a business plan, it is also vital to run the business from that point on, to make any new investments and to acquire funding. Optimizing development and growth according to the priorities determined by the key players is a crucial function of the business plan and business plan software all during the life of the business.

Business plan software is especially helpful with your business start up plan. Seo Tricks And Sentences

The idea of adding SEO to your web copywriting efforts is to get more clicks, not turn people off with paragraphs that are stuffed with keywords. There are two techniques that you can use that both the search engines and people find attractive when they are reading web copy. One technique is to employ the use of rhyme in your copy and the other is to phrase your sentences like questions.

Studies have shown that advertisements that rhyme or have a lyrical rhythm are more memorable than ones that don’t. If your domain name or the first sentence of your web copy rhymes then people are more likely to input that phrase into a search engine. Of course coming up with a suitable rhyme, especially one that is key worded can be quite challenging especially if you are trying to fit just a couple of lines on an advertising button or a banner. To help you write such copy try thinking of it as a haiku where you have about five to seven words to completely express your entire idea. The limited number of words that you have when you rhyme also help you focus your services as well as help you set the tone for your business. The absolutely best SEO short advertising sentences will even be able to evoke an emotion or a laugh. This is the best kind of web copywriting, as customers tend to remember copy that they can emotionally connect to through a reaction.

Yet another classic trick that is a good persuasive copywriting tactic as well as a good way of appealing to the search engines is to phrase sentences like a question. This not only enlivens writing that otherwise would be dead on the page but in terms of SEO many people often type such questions into search engine boxes when searching for something on the Internet. In this way including lots of questions in your copy can be a form of natural SEO.

SEO - How To Optimize Your Site Navigation

Discussions of the techniques that can be used to search engine optimize your site navigation so you can make more money from programs like Google Adsense.

Sometimes you have optimized your website with high-paying keywords (for a program like Google Adsense) but you can’t seem to get any one to visit them. What is the problem? When nobody seems to be visiting your site it’s big bad news as it means that you will not be making any money from your pay-per-click programs. Optimizing your site navigation is all about enabling visitors to move about your site. The more your web site visitors have the opportunity to click on something that interests them on your site the more of a chance you have of making money off of them.

The best way to increase your earnings is to somehow get your readers off of your lower earning pages and onto your higher earning pages. Writing persuasive ad copy and providing a link on each of your website pages to your highest earning page is a sure way to get them to move to where you want them to go so you can make some Google Adsense earnings. Copy that convinces people to click on these links include words such as “free” or “limited time offer.” Studies have also shown that people respond to the words “free download.”

Perhaps the hardest part of this is to come up with a phrase that makes them want to click on your website. This involves using your ingenuity. It is also not necessarily one of the most intellectual of exercises. One of the most successful catch phrases used to get people to click on the Internet was the Fart Button. The caption was “Click to hear this fart. You know you want to.” If something like that works to get a website droves of business then you might have a better chance of finding a buzz phrase that makes you click by consulting your twelve year old kid rather than a professional advertising copywriter.

Bloging

Bloging can be beneficial for your business whether online or off. You can generate traffic for your business by creating a blog about it and posting to it on a regular basis.

One way to create more traffic for your business is to include links to your website in the blog entries you post. Search engines will see these links and eventually rank your site higher because of them. The higher ranking means more traffic.

Blogs that are cataloged by search engines can also bring you traffic by simply appearing in the search engines. The searches done for a topic will lead back to your blog and you can then direct that traffic to your business through the links in your blog.

Bloging is one easy way to establish yourself as an expert on a topic or in a field. If you write often in the blog about your products and give out helpful, valuable information, people will come to trust you as an expert on that subject. They will be far more likely to buy your product because they feel like they know you.

You can also drive traffic to your website by researching keywords that are searched for on search engines. Find keywords that are specific to the products you sell. Look them up in a search engine and find out how many searched are being done for those keywords.

Then post to your blog using those keywords. If you do this well enough you will eventually start getting traffic to your blog because the search engine is finding those keywords in your blog and directing that traffic to your site were you talk specifically about those keywords.

Posting to a blog is a way to establish trust with consumers. The people who read your blog will find out more about you and the products you sell. They will come to see you as a person and not a website. Your personality and brains can really shine through in your blog and can lead to attracting many more customers and turning those into lifelong customers.

Tips On How To Start An Import Business

An Import business can be very exciting. For those who have an eye for detail, watch foreign business trends, and know how to make great relationships with other people, an Import business can be an excellent way to earn a substantial income while having an exciting time.

Import requires the ability to meet foreign business owners and bridge the gap between their products and our domestic consumer base. For those who wish to start their own import business, they will be delighted to learn that the US Government encourages both import and export and have established many resources, guides, and assistance to help you with your new career.

Once you have determined that you will start an Import business, you will need to begin by making contacts. Fortunately, there is very little financial overhead that you will need, however you may find that you are required to travel to foreign and distant lands (all work related of course) to find the best products to import. You will need to carefully analyze the market, and you must have a “knack” for finding the best products to import.

After you have found the market, you will need to ensure that the businesses that you will be dealing with overseas are both reputable and legitimate. A good resource to help you with this is the U.S. Embassies that are located in the areas where you would like to establish relationships. Once you have determined that the businesses are legitimate, you will then begin importing those products to American markets.

Analyzing the field is critical to your success as an importer. You need to ensure that the products that you are importing are truly in demand in the American markets. Also, you may find that certain areas are more acceptable for those products then others. However, once you make those connections, you will be rewarded with a successful career as an importer.

A Plan For Writing SEO Copy

The introduction of a simple three-step plan that can be used as a strategy for initiating an SEO copywriting campaign.

As with anything in life, having a plan before you start SEO copywriting is a good idea. It is not a good idea to just sprinkle keywords throughout your website all willy-nilly. You need a strategy for accomplishing the best written search engine optimized paragraph or article possible. This is possible as long as you have a bit of a plan.

It should go without saying that you will avoid writing solely for the search engines. This is difficult when you have a whole handful of valuable keywords but humans should come first when it comes to making your website content easy to understand.

First of all choose your keyword phrases before you start writing, as they will have a direct impact on the theme or the focus of the page or paragraph. Restrict yourself to only using about three to four keyword phrases per paragraph to make sure that humans will be able to read it. Don’t try to write the article first and put in the keywords afterwards.

Secondly make sure that you have at least 250 words worth of search engine optimized copy on each web page. This allows you enough space to get your message across while at the same time have enough copy to attract the search engine spiders.

Thirdly make sure the copy sounds natural. Nobody will read copy that sounds forced or stiff or that is crammed with awkwardly placed keywords. One way to get into this habit is to keep your keywords in mind before you start generating the copy. This can help keep your keywords from being obtrusive.

Following the above three steps is a good way to keep the writing of your SEO copy free of self-sabotaging elements as well as get the job done efficiently with a clear plan in mind.

Seo And The Six Figure Income Myth

There are a lot of Internet gurus out there that are telling people they can make a six-figure income by using SEO techniques or by selling information on the Internet. This type of lie is usually marketed to you buy the old fogie type gurus in who mainly make a six-figure income is by selling how-to books about copywriting to people who don’t know a thing about it.

The truth is that you can be self sufficient as a writer working on the Internet and unless you are also a very successful and skilled multi-level-marketer you probably won’t make a six figure income. A four-figure income is realistic and a five-figure income is possible. SEO is not some kind of magic bullet that can make you rich overnight. Once you apply search engine optimization techniques to your content it is safer to say that you might be able to make a living at it within two years.

There are people who do make a lot of money on the Internet but they usually run huge writing factories out in India who pay their writers pennies for writing full articles. They are outsourcers who outsource a second time to get bulk writing work done cheap. These companies also have SEO software. These companies can take any piece of writing, put it through software and automatically change it so that it is different from the original. Sometimes these companies give the articles a brief rewrite to make it 30% different from the original and then just use a Replace and Change type function (like in Microsoft Word) to add keywords.

Very few marketing gurus make big bucks unless they are marketing a book or software with television ads. The irony is that most of these guru books about SEO recommend writing your own SEO book in order to make a million or else get involved in some kind affiliate marketing pyramid scheme.

Home Based Business Opportunity Seeker?

Are you a home based business opportunity seeker who is trying to find the right network marketing company? If so, this article is for you. In this brief article, I’m going to go over some of the more important things to look for in an MLM opportunity and hopefully by the time you’ve finished reading it, you’ll have learned a few things that you can apply in your search.

The first thing that you should take into consideration when evaluating MLM home based businesses is the compensation plan. Are you going to be well compensated for your efforts? Are uplines rewarded for supporting their downline? These are important questions to ask when you’re evaluating any network marketing compensation plan.

Secondly, is the business model simple enough for the average person to duplicate? Many network marketing programs are extremely difficult to build and require quite a bit from brand new members. Finding an MLM opportunity that is easily duplicated and keeps things simple will allow you to build a larger organization in less time.

Last but not least, will you have access to others who are already successful? Having a mentor to guide you as you’re developing your business is priceless and can save you thousands of dollars and quite a bit of frustration. Be sure that mentorship is something that will be available in the home based business that you’re considering.

Hopefully this short article has given you some ideas on what to look for in a network marketing company if you’re a home based business opportunity seeker. With so many business opportunities out there today, it’s important that you know what to look for in one and make the right decision. Remember, even the best home based business opportunity will ultimately require work on your part in order to become successful.

Don’t Make These Mistakes!

When it comes to internet marketing, there are a few giant internet marketing mistakes that can ruin the whole reason for internet marketing in the first place. Here are a few internet marketing mistakes you will want to avoid at all costs:

Not having an internet marketing target. This is a major internet marketing mistake than many amateur home business owners make when trying their hand at internet marketing. It is extremely important for your internet marketing campaign that you know who you are targeting the internet marketing at.

Poor communication to your internet marketing target. This is another big problem that many internet marketing business owners seem to have at first. Be very certain when you are doing internet marketing that you understand your audience and give them something through your internet marketing that they will be able to relate to. Internet marketing is not just about driving people to your website. Internet marketing is about connecting with others in a way that they can best understand through internet marketing.

Paying a lot of money for internet marketing. Internet marketing should not cost you a whole bunch of money. Interner marketing can be very inexpensive if you know what you are doing with internet marketing. The biggest thing for internet marketing is knowing how to put your internet marketing creativity to use. If you can be smart with your internet marketing, you don’t always need to spend a lot of money on internet marketing.

Another mistake in internet marketing is being removed from important search engine sites because of link pages that are not allowed. When you are doing internet marketing, check to make sure you are not breaking any search engine rules through your internet marketing. Coming up in a search engine is a huge part of internet marketing, and that internet privilege must be taken seriously.
